Baking is not our identity. Baking is the medium that we’ve chosen to spread happiness. What started out as a hobby over 20 years ago has turned into a wonderful lifelong venture into flavor and inspiration. Who knew experimenting with food could lead to such self discovery.

PGB is a Cottage Bakery that makes ALL of our unique and delicious desserts in small batches in order to personalize your culinary experience. Our attention is on quality, individuality, and richness of flavor, and doing away with the large wholesale model.
